1. Definitions
"Services" denotes the TaxeriPath cloud-based document tracking website structure. "User" or "You" means any registered visitor or customer organizing their details. "Deliverables" is the output files ready to assist your financial representative.
2. Standard Use Rules
Users are authorized to use the services solely for legal file-management activities. You agree not to upload corrupted files, malicious software, or assets containing unlawful information.
3. Platform Clarification (Not Advisors)
TaxeriPath provides technological categorization tools. We do not file directly on your behalf, we are not Certified Professional Accountants, and we do not provide advisory tax projections or official financial decisions. Always verify outputs with certified tax personnel.
4. Payments and Subscriptions
Our SaaS services are billed monthly in Canadian Dollars (CAD). You have the right to cancel or amend your plan at any point via your profile controls. Payments processed cannot be retroactively reimbursed beyond standardized trial windows.
5. Intellectual Property
All framework structures, user interfaces, branding graphic layouts, styling code elements, and digital copy constructed on TaxeriPath are owned entirely by TaxeriPath and remain protected under copyright statutes.
6. Disclaimer & Liability Limits
TaxeriPath provides this electronic catalog system "as is". We exclude all forms of warranty to the maximum extent permitted by Ontario and Canadian national legislation, and accept no liability for calculation anomalies or document errors compiled by the customer.
7. Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, with disputes to be addressed strictly by Toronto courts.
